TPEG is a kind of main raw material (polycarboxylate ether monomer) for producing high performance water reducing type, slump retention type and set retarding type polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE), it is produced with
isopentenol and ethylene epoxide as main raw materials. TPEG exhibits good solubility in water. It will also dissolve in a variety of organic solvent.
