Product Description

SAF water reducer is composed of sulfonated acetone and small molecule monomers, which have high dispersibility and non air entraining properties for cement. It improves the compactness and impermeability of concrete, reduces the water cement ratio, and significantly improves the early and later strength of concrete. This product meets the requirements of GB8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" first-class product and Tiejian Construction "2005" No. 160 standard. This product has been widely used for prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete in various industrial and civil construction, water conservancy, transportation, ports, municipal engineering and other projects.

1. The dosage of water reducing agent is 1.2-2.0% of the total weight of the cementitious material, with a water reduction rate of 18-25%. The slump of the concrete mixture mixed with this product can be significantly increased. And it can reduce bleeding and improve the workability of concrete; Excellent plasticity ensures that pre mixed concrete maintains good workability even after prolonged and long-distance transportation.
2. Under the same water cement ratio conditions, the flowability of concrete can be significantly improved, the cohesiveness of concrete can be increased, the pumping performance of concrete can be greatly improved, the stability of concrete can be enhanced, and various mechanical properties of hardened concrete can be improved.
3. Under the same conditions, the addition of this agent can improve the strength of concrete by 20-50% at various ages; At the same time, the compressive and flexural strength of concrete are correspondingly improved, and it has good compatibility with other additives; In addition to conventional grade concrete, this product can also be used to prepare high-strength concrete with C60 or higher and concrete with a frost resistance of more than 200 times.

5.
