SNF/PNS/FDN Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde/Poly Naphthalene Sulfonate for Construction
Product information
Naphthalene based Superplasticizer a kind of high β- naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation polymers for nonentraining concrete superplasticizer main ingredient, not retarded, no bleed air, dense, and can greatly reduce water cement ratio and improve early and late strength of concrete can be used for preparation of high flow, high strength, high permeability and high performance concrete ready-mix concrete.
Features of Water reducer:
Slow the setting rate of concrete
Delay initial set of concrete
Keep concrete workable during placement

The main performance:1. Naphthalene based Superplasticizer has a significant effect of reducing water dispersible, water reduction rate of 18% or more and can improve the fluidity of cement paste at low water-cement ratio.
2. Keep the watercement ratio constant, can greatly improve the workability of concrete, namely to improve the flow of concrete nor bleeding segregation, improve bond strength steel and concrete, the concrete surface smooth.
3. In the same slump and keep the original strength of the same conditions, the agent is mixed with 0.5% -1.0 cementitious materials, can save 15% -25% of cement.
Water reducer can be used in three ways:
1. For a given workability, they can reduce the water demand, thus resulting in higher strength and durability.
2. For a given w/c and strength, they can increase the workability.
3. For a given w/c, strength and workability, the quantity of cement can be reduced.
