Description:
The solid type is white or grey, odorless, sweet to slight bitter.
In normal condition, it's aluminium sulphate octadecahydrate with AL2(SO4)3.18H2O. It's soluble in water and dissolve in alcohol. The aqueous solution is acid.

1. Industrial manufacturing field
   Papermaking industry
   As a precipitant for rosin glue and wax emulsion, it enhances the water resistance and anti-seepage performance of paper.

  Chemical raw material production
  Making raw materials for alum, aluminum white, and ammonium alum, and used in petroleum decolorizers and deodorizers.
  Synthetic artificial gems and high-grade aluminum white.

  Aluminum sulfate is also used as a cement enhancer in concrete
 It can significantly improve the strength and durability of concrete.
 Increase strength: Aluminum sulfate can significantly increase the early strength of concrete, especially in shotcrete, providing     early strength to concrete
