Application

1. Used for cement grinding aid can improve the eliciency of grinding, has signilicant eliect to improve the late strength of cement.
2. Used in the fiber industry as refining agent and wetting agent, antistatic agent and dyeing auxiliaries.
3.Used as antioxidants in metal industry, cutting coolant.
4. As crosslinking agent and starting agent in polyurethane industry.

Chemical features and safety

Usage method:
The cement grinding aid with triisopropanolamine as the main ingredient can be added on the cement mill feed belt or added to the front chamber of the mill through a pipeline. Regardless of the addition method, it needs to be accurately measured and added evenly.
Suitable dosage:
The recommended dosage of triisopropanolamine in cement is 0.005%-0.03% (mass ratio). The suitable dosage is related to the following factors:
The purpose of using the grinding aid; the mineral composition and alkali content of the clinker; the type, dosage and activity of the mixed materials in the cement; the particle size distribution of the cement (specific surface area, fineness); the SO3 content of the cement. It needs to be determined through experiments
