Sodium Salt of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (Dipsersant NNO/ Diffusant NNO) (Synonyms: 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid/ formaldehyde sodium salt, 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid polymer with formaldehyde sodium salt)
Application
Used as stabilizing agent of latex in rubber industry. Dispersing agent and levelling agent, dyeing auxiliary, auxiliary tanning agent in leather-making industry, water reducing agent and enhancing agent of cement and concrete, as well as dispersing agent of spraying pesticide through airplane.
Recommended Dosage
1.While being used as dispersant and filler of disperse and vat dyes, dosage shall be 0.5-3 times of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times of disperse dyes.
2.In pigment pad dyeing of vat dyes, generally, 3-5g/L shall be added in pad dyeing bath and 15-20g/L shall be added into reduction bath.
3.Generally, during dyeing with disperse dyes and high temperature high pressure dyeing with polyester, 0.5-1.5g/L shall be added into dyeing bath.
