Calcium Lignosulfonate has strong decomposition, cohesiveness and affinity. Application:
1. Calcium lignosulfonate can be used as dispersant, emulsifier, wetting agent, etc. It can be used in industrial detergents, bricks and refractory materials, concrete, cement, coke and charcoal processing, dyes and pigments, casting, gypsum products, granulation processing, petroleum, electroplating bath, tanning leather, wax emulsion and so on.

Although calcium lignosulfonate is a waste produced in the papermaking process, it still has the basic structure of lignin-phenylmethylpropane derivatives, and its sulfonic acid group makes it soluble in water. Water Reduction Mechanism of Calcium Lignosulfonate:
1.Dispersion effect. This product has excellent dispersion and can be quickly adsorbed on the surface of cement particles to form a lubricating film. This lubricating film reduces the friction resistance between the cement particles, making it easier for the cement particles to disperse evenly in the concrete. Dispersion not only reduces the agglomeration of cement particles, but also helps to release the bound cement particles and improve the fluidity and workability of concrete

Negatively charged calcium lignosulfonate neutralizes the positive charge.On the surface of cement particles, the surface charge state of cement particles is changed.
