Application
1. Grinding aid

Improve grinding efficiency: As a surfactant, triisopropanolamine can reduce the free energy of the cement particle surface and prevent particle agglomeration, thereby significantly improving the grinding efficiency of the ball mill and reducing energy consumption.
Improve cement fineness: By promoting particle dispersion and increasing the specific surface area of cement, cement particles are made finer, thereby improving the performance of cement.

2. Enhance concrete strength

Early strength improvement: Triisopropanolamine improves the early strength of cement by promoting the hydration of ferrite minerals, without changing the coagulation properties of cement like triethanolamine.
Significantly improve late strength: Compared with triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine can better promote the hydration of difficult-to-hydrate minerals, thereby significantly improving the late strength of concrete. Foreign experiments have shown that it can increase the late strength by more than 3 MPa, even to 5-12 MPa.

3. Improve concrete performance

Better dispersibility: Due to its spatial stereoscopic structure of alkane chain and hydroxyl isomers, triisopropanolamine has better dispersibility than triethanolamine, and can better improve the fluidity and working performance of cement.
High stability: The dosage range of triisopropanolamine is wide (0.001% to 0.2%). As the dosage increases, the strengthening effect gradually increases, and it will not produce flash coagulation when the dosage exceeds 0.1% like triethanolamine.
