Product discription: Sodium lignosulfonate is a natural polymer, anionic surfactant. It has strong dispersing ability and is suitable for dispersing solid in water medium. Due to the different molecular weight and functional groups, they can be adsorbed on the surface of various solid particles, metal ion exchange can be carried out, and because of the existence of various active groups in their structure, they can produce condensation or hydrogen bonding with other compounds. Sodium lignosulfonate is widely used as dispersant and wetting agent in industry. NNO, a dispersant used in printing and dyeing industry, is composed of sodium lignosulfonate as the main raw material.
Product picture:Application:Mainly used as additive in disperse dyestuff and vat dyestuff, can also be diluents in acid dye and dispersion agent in pigment.
1. When used as dispersion agent in pigment, the ratio should be decided according to intensity of dye. After getting the ratio, half of the sodium lignosulphonate should be put in dye and grinded first, after that then add the other half. This will result in a better grinding effect than adding sodium lignosulphonate all one time;
When used as filler, it is ok to put this product before spray-dried or after spray-dried. For different kind of pigment and pigment from different manufacturer, it is better to test and get the ratio first before large scale use;
2. as water reducing agent in concrete, has better feature than calcium lignosulphonate. Applicable to dam,reservoir,airport and express way instruction etc;
3. as sanforizing agent in alkaline battery and acid-lead battery to enhance battery's capacitance and prolong its life span;
4. used in electroplating industry,so that file can be equal and avoid tree-shaped pattern;
5. as tanning agent in leather industry;
6. as detergent in boiler;
7. as high-level floating agent in gold mining industry.
