It's is an unplasticised copolymer emulsion of vinyl acetate and ethylene.
EVA was designed as a base for compounded adhesives that require good adhesion and good wet tack properties. It provides adhesion to a wide variety of porousand nonporous substrates with a strong, yet permanently flexible adhesive bond with high heat resistance.

Chemical features and safety

EVA should be stored in cool and dry environment. It is recommended to use within 6 months, preferably be used as soon aspossible in summer. Opened containers should be used as soon as possible, if not, should be resealed to prevent ingress ofmoisture from the air.
