Ultra-Fine Sodium Sulfate for Glass & Ceramic Production
Description:
In glass production, sodium sulfate acts as a flux, lowering the melting point of silica (SiO2) and reducing energy consumption. It also helps remove gas bubbles (fining agent).



Key Benefits:
1. Improves Glass Clarity - Reduces scum and bubbles.
2. Sulfur Source - Enhances chemical stability in soda-lime glass.

 

Recommended Dosage:

  • Container Glass: 0.5-1.5% of batch weight.

  • Flat Glass: 1-2% (adjust based on silica purity).
