Polypropylene Fiber, also known as engineering fiber, concrete fiber, anti-crack fiber, crack-proof fiber or synthetic fiber, plastic fiber, etc., is a high-strength bundled fiber made of polypropylene as the main raw material with a unique production process. When added to concrete or mortar, it can effectively control the micro-cracks caused by factors such as the solid-plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes of concrete (mortar), prevent and inhibit the formation and development of cracks, and greatly improve the crack resistance and impermeability of concrete, as well as its impact and seismic resistance. It can be widely used in the overlay of bridge decks and pavements (highways and airport runways), various applications in mining and tunnel engineering, railways, high-rise buildings, fire protection facilities, concrete repairs, walls, basements, various precast concrete products, etc.

Construction Field:

1.Concrete/mortar reinforcement
Anti-crack and anti-seepage: Adding to concrete or mortar can effectively inhibit plastic shrinkage cracks and improve anti-seepage (such as basements, pavements, bridges).
Impact resistance: Improve the toughness and crack resistance of materials (such as airport runways).
Replacement of some steel bars: Reduce the amount of steel bars in non-structural parts (such as floors and slope protection) and reduce costs.
