.Building materials
Mixed with magnesium oxide to make magnesia cement, which is used to produce fireproof boards, artificial marble, lightweight wall panels, ventilation ducts and other building materials. It has strong, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant characteristics. 

.De-icing antifreeze agent
As a road de-icing agent, it melts ice quickly, is less corrosive to vehicles, and can inhibit the spread of dust. In winter, it can also be sprayed on the road in advance to prevent ice.
