Polycarboxylate Liquid Concrete Superplasticizer JF-PL1

 

Introduction:

JF-PL1(Water Reducing Performance) is a an environment friendly high range water reducing agent for all kinds of concrete. It has enhanced pumping performance and workability by outstanding slump retaining and higher water reducing ability. Thus it can be widely used in ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, pumping concrete, self-compacting concrete. It has specially excellent poerformance when used in high strength and durability concrete.
Our liquid polycarboxylate is easy to use and adjustable, and has good compatibility with all portland cement.

Performance:

1. High water reducing rate: Water reducing rate more than 25%.
2. Molecule controllability: Water reducing rate, slump-loss retarding and air entraining can be adjusted by changing the molecular weight of the main chain, the length and carboxylic group of secondary chain.
3. Excellent slump retaining: Offer low slump without affecting concrete setting time.
4. Outstanding dispersity: Greatly improve the concrete flow property, suitable for pumping and self compacting concrete.
5. High strength growth rate and durability: Improve concrete strength of every ages, low shrinkage resulting in higher concrete durability.
6. Great Compatibility: Suitable for for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.

Application:

1. Ready-mix concrete, on-site concrete of industrial or civil buildings.
2. High strength concrete for highway, airport, bridge, subway, maritime projects.
3. Precast, pumping, self-leveling and self-compacting concrete.

Recommendations on formulation and usage:

1. The recommeded dosage of JF-PL1 is 0.2-0.8% based on cementitious materials weight.
2. It can be mixed in water or added into concrete mixer after dilution. Recommended stirring time is 150s at least.
3. It can be used together with retarder, defoamer, air-entertraing reagent, lignosulfonates.
4. Tests should be done before site application.

Package&Storage:

Package: 200kg plastic drum/1000kg IBC tank/Flexi Tank. Alternative package may be available upon request.
Storage: Shelf-life time is 1 year if kept in cool, dried place. Tests should be done after expiration.

Additional Information:

JF-PL1 is just one of our polycarboxylate liquid for water reducing performance, we also have JF-PL2 which used for slump retention concrete. It is suggested to use our slump retention polycarboxylate together to get better project performance.
