Chemical Expression
The raw material naphthalene superplasticizer (SNF/FDN/PNS) has strong dispersion effect on cement particles and good use effect of preparing super flowing concrete as well as cast-in-situ concrete and precast members with early strength and high strength requirements, can comprehensively improve various properties of the concrete, and is widely applied to highways, bridges, dams, harbors, tunnels, electric power, water conservancy as well as industrial and civil architecture, steam-cured and naturally-cured precast members and so on.Application
1. Water Reducing Agent: In the same water cement ratio, the initial slump concrete increased by more than 10 cm, water reducing rate can reach 15-25%
2. Early Strengh Agent: It has early strength and enhancing effect on concrete, and can increase the intensity of 20-60%.
3. Retarder: It can lengthen the time of concrete hydration hardening, make the fresh concrete can keep the plastic in a long time, and can adjust the setting time of fresh concrete.
4.Pumping Agent: It can improve the workability of concrete mixing, reduce bleeding rate and segregation performance, increase consistency, saving cement, improve the compressive strength, bending, tensile strength, and delay the rate of hydration heat, avoid cracking, improve the permeability resistance and durability.
5. Anti-freezing Agent: It can ensure that the concrete can be normal construction under the negative temperature, reduce the freezing point of the concrete mixing, make concrete hydrated under 0 ºC to 15 ºC negative temperature environment, reduce the freezing point, improve the early strength of concrete. It can be used in all kinds of concrete engineering, construction in cold season.
