Defoamer DF-4L is a silicone defoamer which will prevent foaming in virtually any industrial application. It acts quickly breaking up the

foam without altering the effectiveness of the cleaning solution or effluent treatment chemicals being used.

It properties include fast acting, good acid and alkali resistant, economical, will suppress almost any type of foam, easy to use, suitable

for use as a slip agent, easy to disperse in the water.

Usage:

1.DF-4L has excellent elimination and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is produced or added as a foam inhibiting component. It can be added in an amount of 10~ 100ppm. The optimal dosage is tested by the customer according to the specific
conditions decided.
2.DF-4L can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without  dilution. If it needs to be diluted, it should be diluted according to the technician's method. It should not be diluted directly with water, otherwise it is prone to delamination and demulsification..

Application:

DF-4L is ideal for foam control in:
Oilfield drilling mud, the mud recovery rate is close to 100% Indsutrial waste water treatment
Room temperature textile dyeing and printing
Other water phase foams that require fast defoaming
DF-4L may also be used as a lubricant, slip & release agent.
